Learn what every woman needs to know about food and fertility in this comprehensive pre-conception nutrition course.

Do you have a burning desire to be healthy and have a healthy pregnancy but you don’t know where to start?

Are you pretty sure that what you eat may be important for fertility, but you can’t seem to find the right information?

Do you feel like you eat well but want to make sure that you are really eating the right way for growing a new human?

If you said YES to any of these, then this is the course for you.

Did you doctor tell you that:

  • you need to remove your fallopian tubes
  • your eggs/sperm won’t work
  • you should do IVF, or other procedures first or
  • that getting pregnant will be impossible without certain medical interventions?

And did they focus only on tests and procedures and ignore new research about other methods?

Are you wondering if that is right for you?

Nutrition makes a difference

In 3 studies done by Foresight over the course of 14 years that included over 3,500 couples, the success rate for pregnancies was 80%. A high percentage of those couples had struggled with infertility and many had tried ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology), some successfully but most not.

Foresight focused on nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements. Many clients also did hair tissue mineral analysis testing for an in-depth look at their biochemistry.

YOU CAN CHANGE THE NARRATIVE

There is another way. There are choices.

Hey! Kimberly and Thursall here!

We help women trying to conceive to optimize their fertility by teaching nutrition and coaching for lasting changes. We focus on nutrition and lifestyle to help our clients become pregnant. The foods we eat are used by our body to power and maintain all our body functions. This includes using foods to build healthy hormones, eggs, and sperm. The foods we eat can support our uterus and menstrual cycles. Or it can disrupt them and our other hormone systems.

What others are saying

Preparing for our second pregnancy really started a year before we actually got pregnant. We were pregnant by the end of the Feed Your Fertile Body!™ course! (Although I didn’t know it until after it was completed). The program helped me rebuild my body from my last pregnancy 2 years before and gave me the knowledge I needed to feed my body nutrient dense food. It also reminded me of the lifestyle (less worrying and requesting help with childcare!) necessary for an optimal conceiving environment.

I learned that consuming fat is important to get pregnant and love the abundance of recipes for new foods – I felt that I learned a whole new way of eating – with the bone broth, liver, and different ways to incorporate coconut into our diet.

With me not being so great in the kitchen, the ongoing encouragement and simple recipes found in the workbook were valuable resources.

This experience helped me shift my way of eating by eating more “nutrient dense” foods, which means more fat, and in turn, more flavor! I am relieved that healthy foods need not be bland.

The Feed Your Fertile Body!™ program played a crucial role in the conception of our child. We had been trying for a number of years and wanted a more natural approach than what Western medicine had to offer. Our instructor helped us identify the underlying issues which were preventing us from sustaining a pregnancy.

The workbook outlined specific strategies to improve our chances of conceiving. It includes clear and explicit recommendations to fit anyone’s level of interest. It takes into account that each family dynamic is different and recognizes that each client’s ability to make lifestyle adjustments varies.

We conceived our baby just two months after completing the fertility program!
